With an extensive background in construction and tenant improvement projects, Michael has utilized his supreme knowledge and various qualifications to offer clients the very highest standard of commercial and residential design and build service in Arizona. Team Members

Over the past 14 years, Michael has built more than 500 commercial tenant improvement projects and completed numerous ground-up construction ventures in Phoenix and Las Vegas. His expertise and ability to think outside the box has helped complete a vast array of custom home improvements and high-end new-builds.

Hard working and with a proven record of accomplishment, Michael has helped implement a "repeatable process-centric system" for facilitating team-based growth and has taken the luxury design and build sector to a new level.

Michael's varied and extensive skill-set includes project estimation, supervision, and customer liaison proficiency. He is adept at face-to-face client meetings and sales and his aptitude and ambition fully benefit the direct supervision of the development and warranty departments. Michael's passion, initiative, and keen eye for detail ensure the quality of every project from inception through to completion.

Prior to the genesis of his construction and engineering company, Michael was the Facility Manager for Vantage Mobility Incorporated (VMI), a firm specializing in handicap van conversion. Overseeing 200 employees and a 230,000-sq. ft. facility with the latest in assembly-line technology and CAD software helped Michael develop the expertise required to move forward into business ownership.

At HEIL Mobile Refuse Solutions, Michael was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance Department, supporting operations and scheduling for the industry leaders in mobile refuse collection vehicle design.

In addition to workplace experience, Michael also possesses numerous construction and engineering qualifications. He has a Certificate of Applied Sciences with a degree in Electro-Mechanical Automation Technology, awarded from Mesa Community College in 1999. He has also studied Electrical Automations Engineering at Arizona State University. Michael is a member of ICSC Commercial Real Estate and NAIOP Arizona Commercial Real Estate Industry Trade Association.
